STRATEGY – Q2 2024:
Mentorship Program
• Invitation to select industry related mentors to volunteer
• Three levels will be included: Senior, Executive, and Intermediate
• The Executive team will personally review and approve volunteer mentors and
confirm volunteer commitment levels
• Once approved, mentor will fill out an intake sheet for the creation of their profile, and
availability on the NextGen Women website
• In-house mentorship training and ongoing coaching will be provided by Professional
Coach, Mike Watkinson
• Full and detailed process will be written and outlined on the NextGen Women website
• Online portal for mentee applications and direct Calendly mentorship booking will be
built-out and included in the NextGen Women website

An integral part to professional growth is through
consistently staying up-to-date with new information,
contacts, and strategies. Continuing Education initiatives
& events we plan to include in our planning are:
• Individual and team coaching events
• Networking events
• Keynote speaker events
• Business developments seminars
We plan to populate the ever-evolving Resource Library with up-to-date
information that will assist our our members in staying informed with the ability to
have high-level vetted information and tools at their fingertips.

• Personal and family financial planning
• Business banking and private wealth investing
• Legal and corporate document advice

The Podcast
• Secure podcast studio and producer/editor for professional recording
• Build partnerships with existing industry related podcasts (ie: The Construction Life)
• Circulate a poll to our network to inquire about what topics women want to hear
• Create podcast schedule with confirmed guests and topics for 2023/2024
• Podcast will be featured on the NextGen Women and NextGen Professional website
• Podcast will be highlighted in the NextGen Women and NextGen Professional
newsletters, distributed to the email list of contacts
• Social media outreach via LinkedIn and Instagram
• Cross promotion through participation as guests on industry related podcasts
