Co-Founder, NextGen Professional. Agnes launched her Construction career in 2010 working as a Construction Administrator for residential and commercial builds. After several years in the field, Agnes made a strategic switch into Talent Acquisition.
In 2018, The NextGen Professional initiative was created, a movement to positively impact the shortages of skilled workers within the AEC industry. Agnes and her team at NextGen Professional focus on: raising awareness of the skilled worker shortage; connecting individuals with employment opportunities in the industry; and, providing personalized leadership training.
With a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and an aptitude for business strategy & operations. Agnes is a guest speaker for Construction Programs and Affiliations across Ontario,. She is also a Committee Member for the Entrepreneurship Program at Fanshawe College.
