Anisa is the Vice President of Human Resources at Multiplex Canada, a global construction management organization.

Anisa is responsible for leading Multiplex’s people strategy in Canada with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience by ensuring all people are supported to reach their full potential and have rewarding careers.  She is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Anisa brings 20+ years of progressive HR experience and has led HR teams at organizations such as RBC, PwC and Brookfield.

Anisa is very passionate about supporting young women in their journeys towards becoming future leaders in traditionally male led organizations.
