Reema is a licensed architect with over a decade of experience. Her diverse portfolio showcases her broad expertise across project roles and typologies, ranging from small office fit-outs to large multi-million dollar retrofits, as well as high end residential projects encompassing both single family homes and mid-rise multi-family buildings.

With a deep passion for her work, Reema consistently delivers exceptional results by leveraging her broad skill set. Throughout her career, Reema has demonstrated a keen interest in multidisciplinary project teams and in the inherently collaborative nature of architecture and design. This led to her time at the Institute without Boundaries, where she actively engaged with professionals from various fields to develop innovative and holistic design solutions to global housing issues. Her dedication to interdisciplinary collaboration further influenced her academic pursuits, leading to an M. Arch degree with a thesis focused on Integrated Project Delivery.

Currently, in her position as a Design Manager at Gensler, she helps to guide project teams towards the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
